MVR tube falling film evaporator

Working principle and features:
After the material is preheated by the preheater, it is added from the upper tube box of the heat exchanger. The material is distributed to each heat exchange tube through the liquid distributor, and a uniform liquid film is formed along the inner wall of the heat exchange tube. The liquid film in the tube is heated by the heating steam of the shell side in the process of flowing down and boiling and evaporation. At the bottom of the heat exchange tube, the material becomes concentrated liquid and secondary steam. The concentrated liquid falls into the lower tube box and the secondary steam enters the gas-liquid separator. In the gas-liquid separator, liquid droplets entrained by secondary steam are removed and pure secondary evaporation is conveyed to the compressor from the separator. The compressor compresses the secondary steam as heating steam and sends it to the shell side of the heat exchanger for heat source in evaporator. Realize continuous evaporation process. The MVR falling film evaporator has the following characteristics: 1. The solution flows in a film form in the one-way evaporator, and the heat transfer coefficient is high; 2. 2. Small footprint; 3. For heat sensitive materials, can be made into a material, the material residence time is short, not easy to cause material deterioration; 4. Low energy consumption; 5. Small liquid retention, easy to realize automatic cleaning.
MVR falling film evaporation system is suitable for the concentration of materials and pre-concentration of salt crystals. It is suitable for the evaporation of materials without particles, not easy to scale and small viscosity, especially for heat sensitive materials.
